Scripts and Utilities

Everyday scripts behind Microsoft 365, server and AI support work.

Built for: The AME Group's service desk and engineers

The collection of small scripts, grouped by language and task.

The problem

MSP work is full of small tasks that come up again and again, such as server incident checks, Microsoft 365 exports and time entry. Doing them by hand each time is slow and inconsistent.

What I built

I built a collection of small PowerShell, Python and Node tools for day-to-day MSP work. They include server incident diagnostics, Microsoft 365 checks and exports, a Q360 timebill helper, an MCP test server and a Hatz model catalog dump.

How it works

  1. Notice a task that has come up a second time.
  2. Script it in PowerShell, Python or Node.
  3. Run it during incidents, Microsoft 365 checks or time entry.
  4. Keep it in the shared folder for the next time.
