The problem

AI meeting summaries tend to come out as walls of numbered text that executives do not read. A leader needs to see in about 30 seconds what was decided, who owns what, and what is still open.

What I built

I built a branded, interactive HTML template and an instruction spec that tells an LLM how to turn a meeting summary and its transcript into that page. The default view shows a headline, a bottom line, three outcomes and three numbers.

How it works

  1. An upstream step writes a summary JSON and a transcript file.
  2. The model gets the spec, the JSON and the transcript.
  3. It rewrites the content for a 30-second read.
  4. It renders one HTML file using AME design tokens.
  5. A short static email links to the hosted page.
