The problem

Finding an address you used ten minutes ago means opening Outlook and digging through a thread. For people who paste addresses into tickets and portals all day, that adds up.

What I built

I built a small Windows tray app that watches Outlook and keeps a right-click menu of people you recently emailed or heard from, plus starred addresses. Pick an entry to copy the name, the email, or both.

How it works

  1. Start once and sit in the tray.
  2. Host Outlook on its own background thread.
  3. Scan recent Inbox and Sent Items messages.
  4. Skip newsletters and no-reply senders, then remove duplicates.
  5. Refresh when new mail arrives and on a timer.
